Refund policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours after payment (based on the payment timestamp).
Cancellation is not allowed once the order enters the shipping process (i.e., a tracking number is generated).
Return & Exchange Conditions
1. Time Requirements
Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery (based on logistics records).
Refund processing time: 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item (may be extended during peak seasons).
2. Product Condition
Must include: Original packaging, all accessories, and no signs of use.
Not accepted: Installed/used, modified, or non-official store products.
Return Process
Submit a Request

Order number
Unboxing video or 3 photos of the product issue
Get Authorization
If approved, we’ll email you a return label and warehouse address.
Unauthorized returns will be rejected.
Complete the Return
Use a trackable shipping method (preferably the same as delivery).
International returns: Include a copy of the customs declaration.
Special Policies
1. Replacement Policy
Shipping damage: Provide a damage report with a logistics company stamp within 24 hours of delivery.
Wrong/missing items: Submit a sealed package video within 48 hours.
2. Restocking Fees
Incomplete packaging: 15% deduction.
Missing accessories: 20% deduction.
3. Dispute Resolution
For disputes over $200, a notarized inspection report is required.

Return Shipping Fees
Free Returns (We Cover Costs)

✅ Wrong item (incorrect model/color/quantity).
✅ Shipping damage (with courier’s stamped proof).
Customer-Paid Returns
❌ Change of mind (e.g., wrong purchase, dislike).
❌ User-caused damage (modification/misuse).
❌ No original packaging (affects resale).
❌ Customized products (engraving/special sizes).
Alternative Solutions
Partial refund: If the return meets standards (unused, intact packaging), we may offer:
50% return shipping subsidy OR
A discount coupon for future purchases.
